De-Stressatizer

What do I do when I am stressed??

You might be wondering what to do when you are stressed..
Should you cry, breakdown, or go on a strike?

Rooport has the answer:

1.Punch your pillow. Release all your anger on the pillow. Scream into it. Tell it all your problems. It is probably one of the most effective ways of cooling down. Just don't use a living thing as your pillow!!

2. Be colorized. Try wearing your favorite color, or painting something your favorite color. This will help you relax and it will brighten your day.

3. Smell some fresh air. Go to your favorite hideout, or go outside alone. Sit down and breathe in fresh air. Close your eyes, and just inhale the earth. You could also try and smell stuff that you like, to make you feel soothed.

4. Listen to your mood music. If you had a really bad day, you might want to listen to a sad or quiet song. Usually, when your mind can relate to the songs you hear, you feel a little light hearted.

So, everyone who is feeling stressed and is confused about what to do, try a few of these things, and see how you feel.
