The mortal enemy lurks behind my back,
Always ready to attack,
It shoots red 'F's onto my tests,
I try to dodge them, I give it my best,
But it sticks right onto my paper shield,
And good results I cannot yield.
I've lost the war, it's made its mark,
For math has left me in the dark.
Just when I thought trigonometry would come to my surface area,
And protect me from algebra ,
It turned it's face on me and took the rule of Pythagoras.
I made a friend, she's really sweet, her name is Indices,
But she burned up my paper shield, so full of surprises.
The volume of hate for my mortal enemy,
Cannot be square rooted for the hate is firmly rooted,
In the perimeter of my mind.
Pii left a bit of a mess for me to clean up,
In buckets of water I see my reflections,
My mind views them from a different angle,
Rotating them at 90 degrees.
My mortal enemy is never pleased.
90 percent of me wants to give up,
And the ratio of hate to love has left me in the shadows.
Which axis do I cut, how do I connect the dots?
A graph of my life has left me with no path.
Counting numbers is just like counting sheep,
So it's not my fault if I do fall asleep,
In the presence of you, my mortal enemy.
Length and width should give you my B.M.I,
You're the center of my troubles, I can't deny,
When will I get over you, my mortal enemy?
When will I be done with you, when will we be through?

Adventures in the kitchen
So, summer break is almost over. I played lots of soccer, went to Char Dukan too many times, ate tons of wai-wai, hung out at other people's houses, played Super Smash Bros, slept in late, went to Solan, and met my cousins. Pretty good. Now, highschool awaits me. During the summer, I also started cooking. No, I'm not your "You name it, I cook it" chef. My cooking skills are quite limited. I can make tea, wai wai, no bake cookies, burritos, toast, and cold coffee. But still, I think thats pretty good. And with Mom not around for like 2 weeks, that gave me more of a reason to cook. Some of my dishes(like hakka noodles) were absolute disasters, but one recipe which I have works everytime. NO BAKE COOKIES.
Apparently, my no bake cookies are really good, or thats what Mom and Dad say. So here's a recipe for people like me who can't really cook. This turned out great! Take a chance with this recipe. They're really easy to make and you don't have to bake them!

This is the recipe I used and the great thing is it it gives you the right measurement of ingredients for any amount you make. I suggest you put a litle less peanut butter than it says, because then you can't taste the cocoa. Also, a better way to dry them is in little balls. Once you have your mixture, roll it into balls and let it dry. This way the mixture gets tight, doesn't crumble, and is easier to eat. Hope you have an adventure like I did with making these cookies! :)
