So, summer break is almost over. I played lots of soccer, went to Char Dukan too many times, ate tons of wai-wai, hung out at other people's houses, played Super Smash Bros, slept in late, went to Solan, and met my cousins. Pretty good. Now, highschool awaits me. During the summer, I also started cooking. No, I'm not your "You name it, I cook it" chef. My cooking skills are quite limited. I can make tea, wai wai, no bake cookies, burritos, toast, and cold coffee. But still, I think thats pretty good. And with Mom not around for like 2 weeks, that gave me more of a reason to cook. Some of my dishes(like hakka noodles) were absolute disasters, but one recipe which I have works everytime. NO BAKE COOKIES.
Apparently, my no bake cookies are really good, or thats what Mom and Dad say. So here's a recipe for people like me who can't really cook. This turned out great! Take a chance with this recipe. They're really easy to make and you don't have to bake them!
Check out this link : http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Peanut-Butter-Cocoa-No-Bake-Cookies/Detail.aspx
This is the recipe I used and the great thing is it it gives you the right measurement of ingredients for any amount you make. I suggest you put a litle less peanut butter than it says, because then you can't taste the cocoa. Also, a better way to dry them is in little balls. Once you have your mixture, roll it into balls and let it dry. This way the mixture gets tight, doesn't crumble, and is easier to eat. Hope you have an adventure like I did with making these cookies! :)
